Shmookies started as a way to turn sweet cravings into something enjoyable and nourishing through organic, life-giving ingredients. When I was 10 years old, after watching What the Health, I became a vegetarian and began developing a passion for health and wellness. At 14, God delivered me from addiction, but I fell into an eating disorder disguised as fasting to please Him. Through hard lessons, I learned that loving God and others isn’t about strict rules — it’s about living with integrity, peace, and joy. Now, I see that it’s okay to enjoy food — your health journey doesn’t have to be difficult. I want to spread that love to you.
